Where I Operate

Leading at the intersection of mortgage lending and artificial intelligence โ€” building technology that transforms how loans are originated, recruits are found, and borrowers are served.

Founder & CEO

Huit.AI, Inc.

A 50-product AI ecosystem spanning mortgage intelligence, real estate analytics, fintech infrastructure, and grants management. APEX recruiting engine, CRMEX intelligence platform, HyperLoan AI, FoundHer Grants, ZenoPay, and more. All IP solely owned.

VP Retail Market Leader

Cardinal Financial

Nationwide mortgage origination and team leadership. Specializing in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and Renovation loans. Recruiting top-tier loan officers and branch managers across the country.

Huit.AI Products

50 deployed products powered by proprietary data, patent-pending algorithms, and 7 years of HMDA data. Every product is designed to give mortgage professionals an unfair advantage.

The Story

Born in Grants Pass, Oregon. Based in Anchorage, Alaska. I've spent nearly two decades in mortgage lending โ€” originating over $1 billion in loans, managing branches, recruiting loan officers, and building teams from Alaska to Florida.

In 2023, I started building what became Huit.AI โ€” a full ecosystem of AI-powered tools designed to solve the problems I've lived with for 18 years. No one was building the technology mortgage professionals actually needed, so I built it myself. From a single HMDA data pipeline to 50 deployed products, every tool in the Huit.AI ecosystem comes from real-world lending experience, not a Silicon Valley pitch deck.

I hold an active NMLS mortgage license (#203980), a Business Administration degree from Northwest Nazarene University, and I operate an Airbnb property in Anchorage where I hold Superhost status. Beyond mortgage and tech, I'm researching and writing a nonfiction book about the Mona Lisa's chain of custody.
